Rules for using LeakQuick

These Terms govern access to and use of LeakQuick, an adults-only creator media platform. By using the service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Trust & Safety rules, DMCA policy, and 2257 compliance notice.
Eligibility
LeakQuick is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old and at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
By using the service, creating an account, viewing content, commenting, following, or uploading content, you represent that you satisfy this age requirement.
User Uploads and Manual Review
All images and videos submitted by users are placed into manual review before public distribution. A pending upload is not approved, endorsed, or made public until an administrator reviews it.
We may reject, hide, remove, restrict, preserve, or report content at any time if we believe it violates these Terms, safety rules, copyright law, consent requirements, age requirements, or applicable law.
Uploader Responsibility
You are solely responsible for anything you upload, post, comment, or submit. Uploading content does not transfer responsibility to LeakQuick.
- You must own the content or have all rights and permissions needed to upload and distribute it.
- Every person depicted must have been at least 18 years old at the time of production.
- Every person depicted must have knowingly consented to production and distribution.
- You must maintain any age, identity, consent, model release, and 18 U.S.C. Section 2257 records required by law.
Strictly Prohibited Content
LeakQuick has zero tolerance for illegal or exploitative material. Attempting to upload prohibited content may result in immediate account termination and reporting to appropriate authorities or reporting channels.
- Any content involving, suggesting, depicting, sexualizing, or exploiting a minor or a person who appears underage.
- Non-consensual intimate content, coercion, hidden-camera content, revenge porn, trafficking, blackmail, or extortion.
- Content that falsely depicts a real person in sexual content without consent, including impersonation or deceptive synthetic media.
- Doxing, threats, harassment, stalking, or publication of private personal information.
- Copyright-infringing material or content that violates another platform's rights or terms.
License to Operate the Service
When you submit content, you grant LeakQuick a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, review, display, distribute, and technically process that content for the purpose of operating, moderating, improving, and promoting the service.
Accounts and Termination
We may suspend, terminate, restrict, or refuse accounts or content with or without notice if we believe there is a violation, legal risk, safety risk, repeated infringement, or abuse of the platform.
Disclaimers and Liability
The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, LeakQuick disclaims warranties of availability, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, LeakQuick is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service or user-submitted content.
