LeakQuick responds to copyright complaints and repeat infringement. A production deployment should register and maintain a designated DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office.
Submitting a Notice
Send copyright complaints to dmca@leakquick.com. To help us process a notice, include enough detail to identify the copyrighted work and the allegedly infringing material.
- Your name, organization if any, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- A description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The exact LeakQuick URL or information sufficient to locate the material.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law.
- A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Response
When we receive a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the material, notify the uploader, restrict repeat infringers, and preserve relevant records.
Counter-Notice
If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to dmca@leakquick.com with your contact information, the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury, consent to jurisdiction where applicable, and your signature.
Abuse of Process
False, abusive, or bad-faith copyright notices or counter-notices may create legal liability and may result in account restrictions.
